This workshop targets current Swedish SARCs, SDPs and JPOs who have almost reached the conclusion of their working assignment and now wish to explore possible future career paths, with great focus on UN developments. Since the workshop features a majority of SARCs, it will focus on the ongoing UN Development System reform and its practical applications. The exchange of experiences and practices among participants will be an essential characteristic of the Programme.
Also, the Programme’s goal is to equip the group with a set of tools, skills and knowledge which will effectively support and guide their future professional steps and careers.
