The Leading for the UN Programme is a joint training initiative among UNFPA, UNWOMEN and UNSSC. The programme focuses on five main topics, applicable in your different roles and duty stations: negotiation and conflict management, design thinking and innovation, partnership-building and advocacy, teamwork and collaboration, and leadership and impact.
You will be provided with knowledge and tools around these topics, so boost your leadership skills. The sessions have been designed following the UN System Leadership Framework, which outlines what a UN leadership culture aligned with Agenda 2030 should consist of and how it should look like.
